The Fun Has Just Begun

Over the last year and a half, I have had a great time photographing. Last year was interesting because I (as well as my husband) were raising a one year old, I was working full time at my 9-5, I was halfway through my MBA, and I was starting my photography company. Now in 2018, my "baby" is getting more self-sufficient, my MBA is complete, and my photography business is growing. Life working itself out, just like it has a tendency of doing.

So this year is the year to grow. I was blessed last year to photograph multiple families, amazing events, and my very first wedding. I have met some of the greatest people, have been mentored by some of the greats, and had the opportunity to learn. All my experiences have brought me to this year, and this year brings great opportunity. I have booked 4 weddings so far, a few graduation photoshoots, some really cool events (like a Zumba shoot!), and multiple returning customers. You wouldn't believe how rewarding this occupation can be until you are scrolling through your Facebook timeline and see your art from your clients. Pure bliss!

With the theme of growing, I am going to need your help. First, I want to maintain this blog. Staying consistent with writing will remind me to keep my business updated and relevant. If you aren't hearing from me, I want you to hold me accountable! I will love you for it!

Second, if I photograph you or your family, please tag me in your social media posts. This has proven one of the best marketing concepts in recent years- and while I will never force you to tag me, I would be super grateful.

And third- share, share, share. If you like what you see, don't just like the photo- please share it. The more you share, the more exposure I get. Not to mention, if you are a reference for a new client- I will have a little treat in store for you!

Thank you for following me. Thank you for supporting me. Thank you for booking me! I love you guys!

As for me, I will continue to take WAY too many pictures of my little man, and share them WAY too often, and for that, I'm sorry (not sorry).
